We devote ourselves to the activities described here mainly because of our lack of other skills. For us, reflecting is easier than studying. Fortunately, realizing this has helped us grow in what we do. Nevertheless, we are still surprised that it all actually seems to work out. In the end, we simply don’t do anything we aren’t four hundred percent convinced of.

Artist Management

We love to share visions. Together with the artists, we look for the right strategy, a coherent concept and a loving team that preserves the authenticity of the project. We don’t want to direct, but to accompany. We don’t want to sonicate, but to amplify. Not swiping, but bonding. Create a fertile environment, enable growth – and have a very good time.

Artist Booking

We want to connect what belongs together and prevent what needs to be prevented. With great care we carry our artists onto stages that fit their profile and bring them to places where their audience is found: present and ready to listen. Preferably at a time when no one knows of their lucky fortune yet. We don’t own a crystal ball, but we do have a strongly networked intuition that we rely on.

Coaching

Knowledge is power and gatekeeping is whack. In the years of building this agency we have been – and still are – lucky to learn a lot on how to navigate in the music industry. And while we don’t know everything (thankfully!), we love sharing the things we know, create strategies alongside talented people and have an open ear – and mailbox – for enquiries of all kinds. Sometimes you just need an honest exchange, a bit of idea-ping-pong with no strings attached. At the same time our resources are limited and we can’t expand our roster indefinitely. That’s why we also work with artists in coaching or consulting settings. Think of it as a time-based offering — exactly for as long as you need it.

Show Promotion

We live for concerts. It was only a small step from organizing festivals and working as production managers back in the day to promoting our own shows. We love bringing the right artists and people together and making things happen – from the first idea to the last cable being rolled up and the invoices being sent out. A little organized chaos included, ofc.
